释义	法律分析：最低工资是劳动者在规定工作时间，或依法签订的劳动合同中约定的工作时间内，提供正常劳动的前提下，用人单位应当支付的最低劳动报酬。最低工资不是指职工的基本工资，指的是包括基本工资在内的总收入。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十八条国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
