养老保险可以异地缴纳。如果参保人员在异地就业的，可以将原社保关系转移至异地，由异地的工作单位为其办理社保的续接手续，并且每月按时足额地为其缴费。因为个人缴纳养老保险是需要在户口所在地申请缴纳的。个人跨统筹地区就业的，其基本养老保险关系随本人转移，缴费年限累计计算。个人达到法定退休年龄时，基本养老金分段计算、统一支付。具体办法由国务院规定。
医疗保险断交的影响，具体如下：
1、从停交的下个月起不能享受职工医疗保险待遇，即不能用医保卡报销；
2、影响缴费年限，如果只是三个月内中断医保缴费，那么在继续缴费的时候还可以算连续参保时间；
3、影响大病门诊待，在治病中产生的基本医疗费用和地方补充医疗费用，都是可以报销的；
4、影响基本医保统筹基金支付额度，医保断交一个月支付限额也会跟着降低。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第四条
中华人民共和国境内的用人单位和个人依法缴纳社会保险费，有权查询缴费记录、个人权益记录，要求社会保险经办机构提供社会保险咨询等相关服务。
个人依法享受社会保险待遇，有权监督本单位为其缴费情况。
