释义	店名不是全国都不能重复，只是字号不能重复。以北京为例，北京就只查北京的，不查全国，而且很多公司注册公司的名字和他对外宣传的店名都不一样。公司名称注册可以有重复的，只要符合法律法规的登记条件。但是能不能注册到要看在同一登记机关且同一行业是否有其它企业使用了该字号。另外，对于企业字号使用，这一点区别于商标，一个商标全国范围内都受保护，是不分区域。但是企业字号却有不同的规定。
