释义	不包括。没收犯罪人个人全部财产，不包括属于犯罪者家属所有或应有的财产。对犯罪人适用没收财产，一方面是对他们所犯罪行的惩罚；另一方面也是从经济上剥夺他们赖以继续进行犯罪活动的物质基础。法律依据：《刑法》第五十九条没收财产是没收犯罪分子个人所有财产的一部或者全部。没收全部财产的，应当对犯罪分子个人及其扶养的家属保留必需的生活费用。在判处没收财产的时候，不得没收属于犯罪分子家属所有或者应有的财产。
