释义	法律分析：一般不会。参军有政治审查，但一般审查的是本人及其家属的犯罪记录。《征兵条例》规定，应征公民的政治审查工作，由县、市征兵办公室统一组织，公安机关具体负责，有关单位予以协助。法律依据：《征兵工作条例》第二十二条县、市征兵办公室对准备批准服现役的应征公民，应当逐个进行政治复审，严格把关，切实保证新兵政治可靠，防止把不符合政治条件的人征入部队。
