释义	法律分析：购买色情影片行为不构成违法犯罪，仅用于自己观看不会犯法。但是不能聚众观看、不得复制传播，否则就是违法行为，可能侵犯他人隐私或者涉嫌传播淫秽物品罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十八条，制作、运输、复制、出售、出租淫秽的书刊、图片、影片、音像制品等淫秽物品或者利用计算机信息网络、电话以及其他通讯工具传播淫秽信息的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处3000元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。
