释义	法律分析：公开的庭审活动，公民可以旁听。但是，未成年人去法院去法院旁听需要获得法院的批准，如果没有得到允许的是不能进入法院旁听的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国人民法院法庭规则》第五条公开审判的案件，允许公民旁听。公民凭人民法院发出的旁听证进入法庭。下列人员不准参加旁听：（一）不满十八岁的未成年人；（二）精神病人和醉酒的人；（三）被剥夺政治权利、正在监外服刑的人和被监视居住、取保候审的人；（四）携带武器、凶器和其他危险物品的人；（五）其他有可能妨害法庭秩序的人。
