释义	长江干流和重要支流除水生生物自然保护区和水产种质资源保护区以外的天然水域，最迟自2021年1月1日0时起实行暂定为期10年的常年禁捕，期间禁止天然渔业资源的生产性捕捞。法律依据:《长江流域重点水域禁捕和建立补偿制度实施方案》三、禁捕实施（二）长江干流和重要支流。2020年底以前，完成长江干流和重要支流除保护区以外水域的渔民退捕，暂定实行10年禁捕，禁捕期结束后，在科学评估水生生物资源和水域生态环境状况以及经济社会发展需要的基础上，另行制定水生生物资源保护管理政策。
