恋爱期间赠与贵重物品分手后能否要回来?
释义
法律分析：
恋爱送对方贵重物品或巨额财产分手后，赠与方可主张要回。对于恋爱或订婚一方送给另一方的贵重财产，分手后一般应返还。因为贵重财产或金钱基于恋爱关系或婚约关系而存在，以与之结婚为前提，一旦这种关系不存在；在失去赠与的前提下，对方取得财产就失去了基础，再占有财产就是不当得利，应该返还。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》
第一百五十八条 民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
