释义	法律分析：必须还。作为农商银行的一款信贷产品，便民卡兼具借记卡功能和小额贷款功能，一般来说便民卡有三年的授信期限，不过只有1年的贷款期。所以，使用1年之后，就必须把贷款结清了。如果说用户还想继续使用，则需要重新进行年检，银行审核通过后，可以以自助放款的方式把贷款的资金取出来，继续使用。法律依据：《个人贷款管理暂行办法》第二十七条贷款人应加强对贷款的发放管理，遵循审贷与放贷分离的原则，设立独立的放款管理部门或岗位，负责落实放款条件、发放满足约定条件的个人贷款。
