释义	按照道路交通安全法，机敏车行驶时，副行驶乘坐人员也应当使用安全带。副行驶必须佩戴安全带的限定早在旧交规中已经有明确限定。凡是在副行驶上不佩戴安全带的，执勤交警均能够对乘坐人处以罚金20元的处罚。依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第五十一条机敏车行驶时，行驶人、乘坐人员应当按限定使用安全带，摩的车行驶人及乘坐人员应当按限定戴安全头盔。第九十条机敏车行驶人违逆道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行限定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚金。本法另有限定的，依照限定处罚。
