法律分析：不违法。依据我国相关法律的规定，经营者在经营的过程中，是有权不卖给顾客的，交易是自愿平等的，经营过程中不能存在强买或者强卖的行为。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》 第四十六条 强买强卖商品，强迫他人提供服务或者强迫他人接受服务的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
