释义	法律分析：签证有效期：一般国家发给3个月有效的入境签证，也有的国家发给1个月有效的入境签证。有的国家对签证有效期限制很严，如德国只按申请日期发放签证。过境签证的有效期一般都比较短。法律依据：《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例》第十四条公安机关出入境管理机构作出的延长签证停留期限决定，仅对本次入境有效，不影响签证的入境次数和入境有效期，并且累计延长的停留期限不得超过原签证注明的停留期限。签证停留期限延长后，外国人应当按照原签证规定的事由和延长的期限停留。
