释义	法律分析：不可以自己拿去。可以把档案转至生源地,由所在地级市的人社局下属人才交流中心接收,并由个人去办理托管手续。或者把档案留在学校,待落实工作单位后,将户籍和档案迁至工作单位所在地,申请档案留校超过两年仍未落实工作的,学校将其档案和户口迁回生源或者把档案转至就业代理或人才交流中心。法律依据：《人事档案管理规定》第九条人事档案转递，应通过机要通道或派专人送取，不得邮寄或交本人自带。对于本人自带的人事档案，人才服务机构不得接收。
