释义	法律分析：“两委”换届是指村级“两委”换届,即村党支部委员会和村民委员会换届选举。具体时间各省市不同。法律依据：《中国共产党基层组织选举工作条例》第二条本条例适用于企业、农村、机关、学校、科研院所、街道社区、社会组织和其他基层单位设立的党的委员会、总支部委员会、支部委员会（含不设委员会的党支部），以及党的基层纪律检查委员会的选举工作。第三条党的基层组织设立的委员会任期届满应当按期进行换届选举。如需延期或者提前进行换届选举，应当报上级党组织批准。延长或者提前期限一般不超过1年。
