释义	法律分析：需要子女父母到户口所在地民政部门申请办理送养手续。送养人应当向收养登记机关提交下列证件和证明材料：（一）送养人的居民户口簿和居民身份证（组织作监护人的，提交其负责人的身份证件）；（二）收养法规定送养时应当征得其他有抚养义务的人同意的，并提交其他有抚养义务的人同意送养的书面意见。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十七条生父母送养子女，应当双方共同送养。生父母一方不明或者查找不到的，可以单方送养。
