释义	法律分析：工抵房是指在开发商资金出现缺口的时候，把房子进行抵押的房子。所以工抵房是没有房产证的，而贷款必须要提供房产证才能贷款，所以抵押给银行以后是不能再次进行正常贷款了。而且购买这类房子是存在很多风险的，所以业主在购买前，必须谨慎考虑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零二条以本法第三百九十五条第一款第一项至第三项规定的财产或者第五项规定的正在建造的建筑物抵押的，应当办理抵押登记。抵押权自登记时设立。
