法律分析：欠高利贷不能偿还的话，如果债权人向法院诉讼，法院会主张债务人偿偿还权人现值以及同期银行息金但是不会裁判债务人偿还高利贷的部份
欠债不归还，对方如果找麻烦，可以选择报警，警方出面后，会让债主去法院起诉，而不能通过殴打、恐吓的方式索取债务。
法院诉讼后，利息最多是银行同期贷款利率的4倍，而且利息不再计算利息。这样你实际归还的数额会小些
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十七条 借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
