释义	一般情况下，提存费用由债权人负担，由于债权人的原因而不能向债权人履行合同，而且提存是为了保障债权人的利益而进行的行为，因此提存的费用应该由债权人承担。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十二条标的物提存后，债务人应当及时通知债权人或者债权人的继承人、遗产管理人、监护人、财产代管人。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十三条标的物提存后，毁损、灭失的风险由债权人承担。提存期间，标的物的孳息归债权人所有。提存费用由债权人负担。
