释义	法律分析：赠与协议书的主要内容是：甲乙双方的基本信息，甲乙双方就赠送(赠予的标的物)事宜达成协议有哪些，赠予物的交付，乙方应在期限内办理所有权转移的手续，逾期不办的，视为拒绝赠予(也可以约定其它条件)。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。但需要注意的是，即使赠与合同有效，如果不办理过户手续，房屋所有权是没有转移的。而且赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。
