释义	法律分析：自愿工作的不属于加班。如果员工的工作既不是用人单位的要求、决定，也没有在用人单位认可的加班记录，而只是自愿在家工作的话，不属于加班，用人单位无须支付加班费。但是，用人单位对员工的工作予以追认的话，就是单位安排的加班，应该支付相应的加班工资。有证据证明工作为单位安排就属于加班。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十一条用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
