释义	法律分析：法律规定患有急性传染病的，看守所不予收押。血液里有梅毒，不属于急性传染病，看守所予以收押。法律依据：《中华人民共和国看守所条例》第十条看守所收押人犯，应当进行健康检查，有下列情形之一的，不予收押： (一)患有精神病或者急性传染病的; (二)患有其他严重疾病，在羁押中可能发生生命危险或者生活不能自理的，但是;罪大恶极不羁押对社会有危险性的除外; (三)怀孕或者哺乳自己不满一周岁的婴儿的妇女。
