释义	法律分析：锑氧化汞，具有放射性，是不允许个人私自买卖的。如果私人私自经营液态锑氧化汞，该行为非法经营，依法要追究行政责任，构成犯罪的，追究刑事责任。锑氧化汞不是是危险化学品，不在《危险化学品目录》里面，所以也不能以公司名义购买。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第三十条　违反国家规定，制造、买卖、储存、运输、邮寄、携带、使用、提供、处置爆炸性、毒害性、放射性、腐蚀性物质或者传染病病原体等危险物质的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留；情节较轻的，处五日以上十日以下拘留。
