释义	不管是何种目的，但同居关系就是同居关系，不是夫妻关系，不享有夫妻之间的权利和义务。夫妻共同财产是基于配偶身份产生的，法律强调的是身份关系，并不要求夫妻双方付出同等的劳动，智力才能共同拥有。也就是说即使以结婚为目的进行同居的，但是双方不具备配偶身份关系，对同居期间取得的财产，当然不能享有共同所有的权利。
