法律依据：
《中华人民共和国消防法》 第四十七条 给予一定的行政处罚。处罚具有一定的强制性，对相关责任人处200-5000元的罚金。发生了火灾，都是自身原因造成的，对所发生的后果有一定的预见性，所以要对当事人给予一定的处罚。
