释义	法律分析：有限责任公司在贷款期间是可以更换法定代表人的，不过法定代表人的更换须工商行政管理局核准登记。法人，或者说法人代表，从法律上讲，叫做法定代表人，公司才叫做法人。公司的法定代表人更换是没有限制的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二条本法所称公司是指依照本法在中国境内设立的有限责任公司和股份有限公司。第三条公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。
