释义	应届毕业生是在普通高等学校毕业一年内的学生，在这一年内不论是否找到工作，是否缴纳养老保险和公积金，均属于应届生。法律依据：中华人民共和国教育部《普通高等学校毕业生就业工作暂行规定》第三条毕业生是国家按计划培养的专门人才，各级主管毕业生就业部门、高等学校和用人单位应共同做好毕业生就业工作。毕业生有执行国家就业方针、政策和根据需要为国家服务的义务。必要时，国家采取行政手段，安置毕业生就业。
