释义	可以解除海上保险合同的情形有哪些: 1、由于被保险人的故意，未将其知道的或者在通常业务中应当知道的有关影响保险人据以确定保险费率或者确定是否同意承保的重要情况，如实告知保险人，保险人有权解除合同，并不退还保险费。合同解除前发生保险事故造成损失的，保险人不负赔偿责任。 2、保险责任开始前，被保险人可以要求解除合同，但是应当向保险人支付手续费，保险人应当退还保险费。需要注意的是，除合同另有约定外，保险责任开始后，被保险人和保险人均不得解除合同。
