释义
法律分析：
遇到借钱不还、并且玩失踪和逃跑的事情，债权人要保留好真实的证据如借款借条等，在多次查找还是找不到对方的情况下，债权人也要在诉讼时效内向法院起诉处理。如果起诉的事实清楚、证据确凿、请求合法的，法院可以根据实际情况缺席判决。

《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十六条 借款人未按照约定的期限返还借款的，应当按照约定或者国家有关规定支付逾期利息。
