释义	法律分析: 两个事实婚姻一般不算重婚。法律上明确规定，对于重婚罪的认定需要一方在婚姻关系存续期间发生，事实婚姻不构成法定的婚姻关系，无法构成重婚的犯罪事实，第一段事实婚姻在1994年2月1日前缔结的除外。《刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。第二百五十九条明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照本法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。
