释义	法律分析：要约到达不可以自行约定。要约到达后，如果自己进行约定的，就是改变要约的内容，是属于新的要约。要约只有在送达到以人以后才能为受要约人所知悉，才能对受要约人产生实际的拘束力。法律依据《民法典》第四百八十八条承诺的内容应当与要约的内容一致。受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更的，为新要约。有关合同标的、数量、质量、价款或者报酬、履行期限、履行地点和方式、违约责任和解决争议方法等的变更，是对要约内容的实质性变更。
