释义	法律分析：不支持，对这类纠纷起诉到法院的，不予受理。已经受理的，裁定驳回起诉。结婚之前签的婚前忠诚协议是没有效的，因为情侣之间没有法定义务，结婚之后签忠诚协议法院是支持的，协议双方等于把法定的义务变成了约定的义务，法院应当予以认可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十五条男女双方可以约定婚姻关系存续期间所得的财产以及婚前财产归各自所有、共同所有或者部分各自所有、部分共同所有。约定应当采用书面形式。没有约定或者约定不明确的，适用本法第一千零六十二条、第一千零六十三条的规定。
