征集犯罪线索，并不是征集单一方面的线索，不论是什么犯罪问题，都包括在内。最终认定罪名，是法院的事。《刑事诉讼法》第一百一十条规定，任何单位和个人发现犯罪事实或者犯罪嫌疑人，有权利也有义务向公安机关，人民检察院或者人民法院报案或者举报。与违法犯罪行为做斗争，是公民的权利，也是倡导性的义务，不需要附加条件。向公安司法机构举报犯罪行为，提供犯罪行为的线索，不以公安机关的通报的时间和其他条件为限制。与违法犯罪行为作斗争，永远在路上，没有终结。
