释义	如果确认工伤后，部分医药费就有工伤保险付了。但是一旦定级，企业要承担不少的费用。一旦定级后，如果该员工辞职，则单位要承担相应的伤残补助金和就业补助金，具体标准查看工伤条例，这两部分的费用是比较高的。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第三十六条职工因工致残被鉴定为五级、六级伤残的，享受以下待遇：经工伤职工本人提出，该职工可以与用人单位解除或者终止劳动关系，由用人单位支付一次性工伤医疗补助金和伤残就业补助金。具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定。
