公益性岗位三年后可以续签吗

法律分析：公益性岗位是地方各级政府为安置就业困难人员的特定岗位。不同于与用人单位建立劳动关系的劳动者。很多地区在面向“两困”大学生招聘公益性岗位的公告中已经说明，待遇只包括工资和社会保险。在劳动合同中也没有约定为其缴纳住房公积金。所有的合法工作都受到劳动法的保障，不过有些极个别的还受到特别法的保障。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》规定：甲乙双方经平等协商同意，自愿签订本合同，共同遵守本合同所列条款。
