释义	法律分析：代书遗嘱有必要公证的，但不是强制的。当事人可以根据实际的情况作出选择，当然经过公证的遗嘱肯定法律效力是最高的，但不经过公证，只要符合遗嘱的生效要件，那么该遗嘱也是有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十五条代书遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证，由其中一人代书，并由遗嘱人、代书人和其他见证人签名，注明年、月、日。第一千一百三十九条公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。
