释义	法律分析：通知的行为既可由债权转让人直接通知债务人,也可以由受让人持其与债权人达成的债权转让协议或债权人出具的债权转让凭证进行通知,两种通知的法律效果应同等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
