没签合同辞职扣培训费合法吗 -法律知识

法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第三十七条 在试用期内，你提前三日书面通知公司可以辞职。你依法提前三日向公司提出辞职，公司不得从你的工资中扣除培训费用。
第二十二条 如公司为你提供了专项的培训，支出了培训费用并且你和公司签订的培训协议或劳动合同约定了工作不满一年的情况下需要向公司支付培训费1000元的，公司有权要求你支付培训费。但你需要向公司支付的培训费用不得超过一年期限未履行部分所应分摊的公司已经支付的培训费用。
