因为地铁是一个密闭的空间，带有异味的食品对乘客的影响很大，而且饮料等也很容易洒到车厢内，对环境也会造成破坏。因为饮料泼洒和食物残渣会在地铁车厢内留下污渍,即使是清水泼洒也会被踩成大片的脏脚印,因此地铁内禁止饮食。建议改成“地铁太晃，吃东西易引起消化不良。”
法律依据：
《城市公共交通条例》 第七条 任何单位和个人都有维护城市公共交通秩序的义务，并有权对破坏城市公共交通设施的行为进行检举、控告。
