释义	养老社保年审就是针对已经领取养老金的退休人员,审核他们是否健在,如果人不在的话,本人不来年审,社保就会停发养老金。法律依据：《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》第二十九条居民在定点医疗机构范围内选择就医，社保经办机构对定点医疗机构实行协议管理。普通居民、大学生分别持本人社会保障卡、居民身份证就医。办理转、住院，应当报社保经办机构备案，在定点医疗机构（科室）之间转院，由转出医疗机构办理转院手续的；转往非定点医疗机构（科室），由本市三级定点医疗机构办理转院手续的。
