【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国公司法》 第三十四条 实际上是对公司股东知情权的范围进行列举式的规定，尽管没有明确会计凭证是否可以查阅，但该条赋予股东查阅权的目的在于保障其知情权的充分行使，允许股东在必要时查阅会计凭证，契合保护有限责任公司中小股东知情权的价值取向。
