毕业生档案改派有什么办法理 |

1. 对于已经办理出了报到证的同学，需要先到报到证上的地址去办理改派手续，一般情况下，是直接在原来的报到证上签署同意派出，或者同意改派的意见和报到证上面报到单位的印章； 2. 到学校里查询档案所在位置，并办理报到证证明文件。一般情况下，证明文件包含个人的姓名，学号，专业，报到证号等信息；3. 带着已签署同意改派的原报到位置的报到证和证明文件，毕业证和身份证，到大学生学籍及档案管理中心或者当地教育厅行政服务大厅重新办理报到证；4.带着新办理的报到证，到新确定的档案存档位置报到即可。

《普通高等学校毕业生就业工作暂行规定》 第四十条 在派遣过程中出现特殊情况需要调整改派的，按下列原则办理：在本省、自治区、直辖市辖区内用人单位之间调整的，由地方主管毕业生调配部门审批并办理改派手续；跨部委、跨省（自治区、直辖市）调整的，由学校主管部门审核同意后，统一报国家教委审批并下达调整计划，学校所在地方主管毕业生调配部门按照调整计划办理改派手续；毕业生调整改派须在一年内办理，逾期不再办理有关调整改派手续。毕业生就业后的调整按在职人员有关规定办理。
