第十二条承担健康检查的单位根据卫生监督机构确定的受检人员名单，按规定的应检项目安排健康检查。具体健康检查工作按国家有关技术规范进行。
第十三条健康检查单位应将受检人员的检查、检验等原始记录及健康检查结果报送卫生监督机构。
