释义	法律主观：拒保是指保险人对投保人及被保险人之初次投保或续保，予以拒绝承保之行为。在人寿保险方面，基于投保对象之缺陷或危险程度偏高，且预见不易恢复正常状况者，因超出预定死亡率甚远，而无法以任何条件予以承保，则须对其投保申请予以拒绝。对此不适于订立保险契约者，即称为拒保体。拒保之标准随保险是否仅承保强体，或强弱体兼保而异；广义之拒保对象包括再检体，狭义之拒保对象则指具有严重危险，并长期或永久无恢复希望之非保险体而言。
