无人驾驶车要驾照吗

无人驾驶的定义就是这种车辆在行驶时候不需要驾驶人，无人驾驶汽车，不需要驾驶人。但是，在出现无人驾驶汽车的时代里，需要有人驾驶的汽车，还是需要驾驶人具有驾驶证的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》 第十九条 驾驶机动车，应当依法取得机动车驾驶证。
申请机动车驾驶证，应当符合国务院公安部门规定的驾驶许可条件；经考试合格后，由公安机关交通管理部门发给相应类别的机动车驾驶证。
