释义	借款到期后，借款人和债权人协商变更了还款期限，如果没有担保人的书面认可，根据规定担保人仍需按照原合同约定的保证期间承担保证责任。如果存在约定担保期限为“直至还清为止”，视为约定不明,根据法律规定保证期间为主债务履行期届满之日起二年。《民法典》第六百九十五条【主合同变更对保证责任影响】债权人和债务人未经保证人书面同意，协商变更主债权债务合同内容，减轻债务的，保证人仍对变更后的债务承担保证责任;加重债务的，保证人对加重的部分不承担保证责任。
