释义	法律分析：债权申报的好处是便于参加破产程序的法律行为。可以拥有参加债权人会议权利、表决权、异议权、接受分配财产权利等。但债权人并未丧失其要求偿债的实体权利，其仍有权在在重整计划执行完毕后，按照重整计划规定的同类债权的清偿条件行使权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第四十五条人民法院受理破产申请后，应当确定债权人申报债权的期限。债权申报期限自人民法院发布受理破产申请公告之日起计算，最短不得少于三十日，最长不得超过三个月。
