释义	房屋产权到期后，房屋业主可向房屋所在地的土地管理部门提出续期申请，申请获得批准之后，重新签订土地有偿使用合同，并根据当时的签合同时的地价水平，补缴土地出让金，从而重新获得土地使用权。房屋产权70年、40年、50年土地使用期满后，土地收归国有，但是房屋仍属业主所有。法律依据：《民法典》第三百五十九条住宅建设用地使用权期限届满的，自动续期。续期费用的缴纳或者减免，依照法律、行政法规的规定办理。
