释义	法律分析: 女职工在孕期、产期、哺乳期的，用人单位不得以女职员存在劳动法规定的可解除劳动合同的法定情形为由与其解除劳动合同，也不得因女职工怀孕、生育、哺乳降低其工资、予以辞退、与其解除劳动或者聘用合同。具体可以向教育局和人社局反映。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第六十三条不得安排女职工在哺乳未满一周岁的婴儿期间从事国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和哺乳期禁忌从事的其他劳动，不得安排其延长工作时间和夜班劳动。
