释义	法律分析：是指从具体岗位、具体任务出发,讲求领导干部的能力素质与岗位职责的要求、完成具体任务的要求相匹配。法律依据：《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》第二条选拔任用党政领导干部，必须坚持下列原则：（一）党管干部；（二）德才兼备、以德为先，五湖四海、任人唯贤；　　（三）事业为上、人岗相适、人事相宜；（四）公道正派、注重实绩、群众公认；（五）民主集中制；（六）依法依规办事。
